Bakery Lange trains retail sales assistants in the food craft sector in its sales branches. The apprenticeship lasts three years full-time with 38 hours per week and starts on 01.08.2026. The focus is on selling high-quality baked goods, customer advice and teamwork in the everyday branch work of the family bakery. Requirements are enjoyment of customer contact and of selling baked goods. Lange supports more than 50 apprentices and offers staff purchasing as well as further apprentice benefits.
