Bali Therme in Bad Oeynhausen is looking for staff for the thermal spa and sauna area in full-time or part-time. Duties include supervising bathing and swimming operations, performing sauna infusions, guest care, and keeping the facility clean and orderly. Career changers are welcome; training as a specialist for bathing facilities or a silver lifeguard certificate is an advantage, and induction including first aid takes place on site. Shift work as well as weekend and public holiday duties are part of the role at one of Germany's largest wellness facilities.
